This was a lovely property on a small canal, not facing across from Venice. It had a wonderful included breakfast. It was convenient to the vaporetta stop. The only thing missing was the air conditioning. It had not been turned on for the season yet.

Room is a bit small but understandable given European hotels. Had some issues with mosquitoes one night.

The person at the front helped me find a room even though I booked for the next day by error. He was very kind. The room was clean loved the bathroom and everything no complaints thank you so much
