Excellent location with a beautiful view from the windows. Really convenient to get the boat to other locations. Peaceful at night. The hosts were amazing, really friendly and always welcomed you to breakfast and prepared food and coffee as well as providing advice and directions.
The room was a little cold in the evening, but there were plenty of blankets and the bed was comfortable. An extra bin would have been useful.

The location of Giudeca island is very good because when you return back to the hotel with the ferry bus (only 3 stops from san Marco) you return to you piece and quiet place, away from tourists and noise. The hostess is very nice and polite, she explains everything, always on call when you need her. The breakfast is unexpectedly good

Our host was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She went out of her way to provide an early breakfast and did all she could to ensure our stay was comfortable. Location was great - close to vaporetto stops and fabulous view of Venice. Room slept three but third bed was quite small (sofa bed).
Room was a bit tired and dated. Sink in ensuite was too small to have a good wash without getting water everywhere. Needed a bigger bath mat.
