Fantastic location in amongst the restaurants and so close also to the Beach. Short walk from the ferry area. Alessandro and Loura lovely hosts and very helpful. Gorgeous pet dog Bella was always ready for some attention as well. Breakfast ready each morning in the communal area for each room. Meats, cheese tomato, egg, Cereal, croissants and self serve coffee machine....great start to the day. Would definitely return for another stay if coming to Venice....a lot quieter and less tourist traffic. Wonderful for walks, swimming and just sitting and enjoying a gelato. Supermarket, fresh fruit and veg and cafes less than a minutes walk. Laundry/laundromat close by. Perfect position.
There was nothing I didn't like but I didn't sleep quite as well as my partner on the firm mattress with my back and hip problems. There are also about 15 steps up to the rooms if anyone has problems with mobility. It didn't bother me with knee replacements but we did it several times a day.

The only thing you don't have, when your stay is in a Hotel, is a personalized service. Here you have it. Alessandro and Laura are exceptionally kind and helpful people. Just pick up the phone, and you got what you need. You feel like been at home. Located in Lido, a beatiful Island 10 minutes from Venice, Burano and Murano. Transportation to and from any place, including the airport, is cheap and fast. Easy to get any boat. The room is exceptional, very espacious and clean. Antique style, I love it. Breakfast is superb.
The only thing it didn't like was "The stay was too short". I wish it had been longer.

Everything. Quiet part of Lido, but super close (5min) to vaporetto station Lido SME, big and lush garden, very clean room, great breakfast and most importantly 2 extremely kind hosts, Laura and Alessandro who also provided useful tips for what we were interested in visiting, like modern art museums and such. Will definately come back!
