Location is ideal for Venice biennale, plus close to the street of restaurants and the boat trip stop. Stuff is helpful. Breakfast is nice and it is pleasure to eat it outside with the view to the water.

Location is the best part. Staff are friendly and the breakfast was quite good. Nice to be able to sit outside for breakfast. A good bed.
Room was just ok, the bathroom is small and the shower is tricky to get in and out of. We are average size and both of us found it awkward.

Great location and friendly staff. The room and bathroom were clean enough, but could have been better.
The breakfast was not sufficient. The pillows were too thin, and there was only a thin blanket instead of a duvet. The lack of room slippers was disappointing. Also, there weren't enough power outlets, and they were far from the bed.
