A wonderful hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful — they explained everything clearly at check-in and were very kind and welcoming. The hotel looks a little old-fashioned, but the room turned out to be modern and cozy. The breakfast was delicious, although not very varied.
The room was clean, but there were stains on the bedding and someone else’s hair on the towels. It was clear that everything had been washed, but unfortunately, the stains probably didn’t come out. The hair most likely belonged to the housekeeping staff who prepared the room.
Also, although the room was generally very quiet and the soundproofing was good, it was located near the main corridor, and at 7 a.m. I was woken up by another guest having a very loud phone conversation. I think the staff should politely ask guests to keep their voices down in such situations, as some guests may want to sleep later than 7 a.m.

Hands down, this place was an absolute lifesaver! Ended up here by accident because our first booking was trash, but we couldn't be happier with how things turned out. The staff at the front desk were super chill and actually helpful.
The room was huge and spotless, same the batchroom. They had everything we needed, like quality toiletries, plus coffee, tea, and a stocked minibar.
The bed setup was perfect for us, with a big double bed and two single beds in the same room. We felt right at home immediately.
And the coffee at breakfast? Exceptional. Plus, it’s less than a five-minute walk to the Vaporetto. We'll definitely be back!
