The staff were all lovely. The views are amazing, we had a garden room which was perfect to walk out and use the pool. Buses ran every 10mins outside that took you straight to the water bus and bars and restaurants. Lovely peaceful place. Pool towels €4 to rent for your stay. Breakfast choice good too.

The Hotel was friendly & charming & the swimming pool was so welcome in the afternoons . Good access to the ACTV water bus & Alilaguna via the local ‘A’ bus was good. We had a fantastic breakfast daily & an especially wonderful welcome from Ronnie who was so helpful with local transport links to Venice & advice re other key places we wanted to visit .
A small thing but given x2 people in the room it would be good to have more than x3 clothes hangers each .
Perhaps a small hotel guide in the room or via a link would be helpful re places to visit on the island , services available and the hotel.

The location was incredible. There is a bus stop right outside to take you to the lido water taxis. Nice outdoor pool.
The hotel is tired and in need of a refurb. The beds are hard and rooms are small with limited storage space. The bathrooms in our suite had a small bath with shower over head which was challenging for my husband being 6ft 3.
