Check in was available late even though Expedia said it was closed at 6 pm. Got kind of freaked out that we couldn’t contact them from John Day National Monument because of no wireless service there but the couple that runs the motel were amazing! They checked us in when we got there close to 9 pm. They gave us a nice room and personalized service. Loved the experience and would be back again!

We enjoyed a restful and very comfortable stay.
The room was very clean and the staff were pleasant and accommodating.
