Room was clean but could have done with another hand towel. Show cubicle very small. TV very difficult to operate - needs upgrading.

Breakfast buffet was between good and average. hotel reception required I go away until 4pm checkin anfter arriving at 2:30.
Never had a hotel do that in my previous 25 trips to Britain and Ireland.

It was amazing experience only problem was shower which was really slow and not upto the standards
