Best customer service we ever experienced. We had a very late arrival (2am) and although the front desk was closed, they left detailed instructions on how to park, obtain keys and had refreshments readily available. We will definitely come back. Oh, great location too.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kennebunk Inn. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
The hotel has a lot of historic charm, being a very old property, and it is absolutely beautiful. The character and atmosphere make it a unique place to stay and really add to the overall experience.
If you're visiting Kennebunk, I would highly recommend the Kennebunk Inn. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return in the future.

The property is a refurbished inn from the 1600- 1700 time period. It has about 25 rooms in the center of Kennebunk and very walkable to services, dining and shops.
Because of its age, one can hear a lot of noise/activity inside and out, but the property does know this and offers ear plugs and eye masks for its guests.
Nicely kept historic inn for this 250th birthday of the USA!

The Haddock Chowder, Haddock Sandwich , and Lobster Roll are worth the trip from anywhere!
