Rooms were clean and inviting. Staff had great suggestions for surrounding area restaurants and attractions. Walkable distance to downtown Blowing Rock.

The mattress was too hard.
The units were too spread out for handicapped. No elevator to the pool. The annex was inconvenient to walk to main buildings

We have stayed at the Meadowbrook Inn for our anniversary 3 years in a row and we love it. The suites are large and comfortable. There is no food served at the hotel, but the hotel is an easy one block walk to the Main Street where all the shops and many restaurants are located. We enjoyed the indoor pool and also the fire pit on the terrace. We highly recommend the Meadowbrook Inn for a quiet and relaxing time while shopping and sightseeing nearby.
