This hotel is just a few minutes walk from Alexanderplatz which made taking the train around the city very easy. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Our suite room had plenty of room for us. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the rain shower had lots of water pressure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel offered self check-in at a kiosk but someone came to help us immediately. We were about an hour early to arrive but she was able to get us into an available room right away. We would definitely stay here again!
