Great property that's out in the hills behind Avila Beach. Stayed in the Forest building which was nice and seemed fairly new. The main building with the lobby is a beautiful space. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Room had a wine chiller instead of a refrigerator which is a choice. Also the only microwave is in the lobby. All in all I'd still revisit
