I felt very safe there. Loved that I needed a code to get into the building. Then I needed another code to go down the hallway to get to my room.
The staff ordered 2 taxis for me. Their attentiveness was superior! Whenever I messaged them, they always answered quickly.
The location was great. Very close to the metro and it was a relatively short walk to the attractions.
Never stayed in a guesthouse before, but it was perfect. We stayed 7 days.

Staff was great, lots of customer parking belonging to the hotel , the hotel is located close to a mall , no grocery stores available but great food court, and every brands available. Room was spacious. Close to the train station to fo downtown.

typical ibis setup with normal standards. breakfast was somewhat varied but very sweet (typical Italian) yet not really tasty options. it's possible store my bicycle in the inner garage but there was no sort of shed to cover it from rain. no groceries close by, and for food options the closest is going to a shopping mall 5' walking (expect shopping mall food)
