The best location possible for exploring Prato. We were able to walk to everything downtown. We felt very safe there, also. The hotel was clean. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I wouldn't say that the room was the best ever, but all of our needs were satisfied by it. Offsite parking was available and convenient. If we were to go back to Prato, which we will, we would definitely stay there again. Highly recommendable.

We used the hotel as base to explore Florence. The hotel was clean, quiet and had good a/c. Hotel staff was very helpful in finding parking and giving directions around the neighborhood. In the summer parking is not an issue, you can park almost anywhere. Breakfast was good. Overall we had a good stay. Hotel is good for travel with kids. Also reasonable price compared to other options in the area.

We have asked for double bed or queen's size bed but received 2 separate beds, no night tables, mattress very firm, woke up with a back ache, pillows very firm, woke up with a neck ache. Breakfast is basic. Good stay if you want to join the army...
