Cleanliness
People smoking at the back door open. Smoke of the cigarette was perceived along the corridor which I disliked. It happened on so many occasions.

Excellent service. Staff was kind, and helpful. We called at 3am for the noise and they arrived within 5 min. Appreciated!
Extremely thin walls. People would shout all night. Couldn't sleep. Thankfully, we stayed for 2 nights only. Location even though central very sketchy at night. 9pm was already too late to walk through that neighbourhood.
