Really comfortable, clean room with a king sized bed and bathtub. Walking distance from Prato station (1km, 15 minutes) but there's also a bus stop right across the street that will leave you there in 5 minutes.
Just as restaurants and grocery stores, public transport tends to end service quite early in Tuscany (21/22 for eateries, around 22.30 for buses), so be prepared to walk if you're late. As the hosts offer free parking space, it's a really great option of you're traveling on car. There's a great supermarket across the street, so that's a cool bonus.
Be sure to take a few hours to walk around the historic center, which is just a few minutes away and it's lovely!
Our room didn't have kitchen and in the shared space there's only a fridge (which we made good use of). It'd be nice for the shared space to have a sink and some cutlery

They have a coffee machine abd they supply you with the capsules. Also fridge and microwave. Huge supermarket across the road. These little extras are fantastic. I have stayed here more than 5 times and will continue to do so. Housekeepers are fantastic, very accommodating. Exceptionally clean.

Location. Property is new and very clean. Housekeeper is very friendly efficient snd nothing is a problem.

Excellent location, near the highway exit. Check in and Check out very easy.
Not so clean. I found hairs (short&black) in the shower and in the bedding... Maybe normally, I wouldn't have been so careful, but traveling with a two-year-old child, cleanliness is essential.
