Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite.
The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it.
Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging heavy furniture across the bedroom and it echoed throughout the 2nd floor.
That being said, we would happily stay here again.

A very beautiful and unique stay. The morning breakfast was delivered to our room was incredible. A special recognition to Victor and the young women on the staff who were so friendly and professional.

This property is perfection in every way. From the location to the magnificent apartment to the superior attention from the staff. It made our time in Krakow over the top.

Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance. It was built in the 14th century, most likely as someone's home. It is a boutique "hotel". The ground floor is a Michelin rated restaurant and the floors above have 1 apartment each. From the outside it looks like you are walking into a restaurant. Very interesting concept. We loved it. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Definitely NOT a tourist trap-like restaurant.
