The bed was comfy, the shower was a lovely shower, the sauna and pool were very nice, the location was also good. Room was lovely and spacious with nice high ceilings
The keypad to the doors is quite loud, especially when somebody is trying to use it late at night and gets the key code wrong over and over again, an alarm will sound and can be heard from the bedroom very loudly. i would suggest turning the sound off of the keypads if you can so it doesn't disturb the sleep of people.

Fantastic location in the old town ,great hotel with all the facilities that we needed combined with friendly helpful staff ,we will be returning soon ,what a great city !

Young man on reception on sunday morning was great. Other staff weren't so good
Coissants and coffee machine reception were a nice touch and ability to leave bags after checkout was good
After a day of travelling the member of staff on reception didn't welcome us or direct us to the lift / rooms. I know it was a apartment hotel but all felt very clinical and unwelcoming. Also having to go down to basement to refill water bottles was a pain .
Our room didn't have a view or window - just a skylight -
