Modern, clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, and a good breakfast. We also appreciated that they prepared takeaway sandwiches for guests who needed to leave early or continue their journey.
The walls and ceilings are very poorly soundproofed, so you can hear almost everything from the rooms above. We were moved to a different room after the first night because of constant loud banging, but unfortunately the second room was also noisy, with what sounded like furniture or cleaning equipment being dragged across the floor early in the morning.
It was not possible to get a cappuccino from the espresso machine at breakfast.
Parking is very expensive and not included in the room rate.
The hotel is located next to the railway line, and train noise can be heard from the rooms.

Clean, beautiful hotel, great location next to train station and 5 min walk to Divine Mercy. There is a gym and saunas
Bed is a bit soft. Our bed is just 1 foot away from the bathroom door

We really liked the hotel at first.
The room was big enough and looked nice.

Tram station to the center about 500m away, takes about 20 minutes to the main square. Lots of trams available.
Railway station in front of the hotel ( train noise not a problem if you have ear plugs)
BED BUGS. Could not believe it. 3rd day i started getting spots on my face, i thought it was an allergy. 4th day another spots. So i looked for insects. Could not find anything under the sheets or on the mattress. Then i got even more itchy spots on all over my hand and arm. This time i looked in the morning with more light: bed bugs were hiding in the creases of the headboard located on the wall, we moved the bed and found 2 dead insects and spots on the headboard.
To be fair, the hotel was very apologetic and refunded the cost of the entire stay and found us another hotel, but our vacation was still ruined. And then the stress of thinking you can take bugs with you unknowingly consumed us on the way home. We still have this stress one week later.
It took about one week for the beg bug bites to heal - with medicated creams.
As a feedback: maybe default cleaning the rooms every 2-3 days would be better, instead of only cleaning on request. The first time i hanged the "clean my room" sign before 10 am and no one cleaned the room, i had to go to the cleaning ladies and tell them i want them to take the trash and change the towels. Of course, there was no other cleaning ( vacuum the carpet or washing the bathroom).
