Staying there was such an amazing experience. The breakfast was kind of small, but everyone could pick something. We enjoyed every single breakfast there.
Our hotel room was small, but we had everything what we needed. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and dark, we stored our food in refrigerator which is nice. The bathroom was clean and good, their soap is really lovely smelling :).
The staff was kind and helpful every single time. They changed our towels every day, which we appreciated.
Also I want to recommend their restaurant, which is really good, the food was tasty, it was nice to taste a new flavours.
It is about 15 minutes from the city centre if you use the public transportation. If I were you, I would choose the train, which is fast and clean and great.
After our stay, I would recommend both Krakow and this accommodation.
I cant really say anything bad about this place, it was much better than we expected.

We were assigned to the last room available which is at the very top floor of their building next to the staff room. It all worked out well. They have a parking space for our car, and the location is very good for us considering that the main reason of our visit in Krakow is to visit the divine mercy shrine. Breakfast was also included in the stay.
The place has no lift. This is fine only if the traveller does not have heavy bags. In our case, we had a huge heavy bag and that was a bit of a work to get to the room.

Clean and brand new!
We were visiting during heat wave and air conditioning would be very helpful, but there were fans in rooms.

The hotel is located in a very nice location. The exterior and interior design are very pleasant.
I can't imagine how a hotel can get a 3 star rating if it doesn't have air conditioning. The room was almost 30 degrees at night and there was only a small fan for cooling. The breakfast is sufficient, the selection is poor and always the same.
