We had a lovely stay at Hyatt in Kraków. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable.
The staff were friendly, professional and always happy to help. We also really enjoyed the breakfast — a great selection and everything was fresh and tasty.
Overall, a very pleasant stay in a great hotel. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again when visiting Kraków! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a very good stay at Hyatt Place Krakow. The room was comfortable and clean, and we appreciated having a separate bed for our daughter, which made the stay much easier as a family.
The hotel is modern and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A great added value for families is the small children’s play area (room), which was really convenient.
The location was also convenient, with good access to the city and nearby attractions. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Krakow.
According to me 70 PLN for breakfast pp was a bit exaggerated, that's why we chose to try it once but then preferred to go somewhere else.

One of if not the best place I’ve stayed whilst travelling, the staff were really nice and accommodating as I was in crutches during my visit, the rooms were really nice and beds were huge. Hotel was very modern & in an ideal location. When coming back to krakow in next few years will definitely be staying here again.

Comfy beds, nice in general.
Shower fluctuates from scalding to freezing constantly. Staff at the empty bar ignored us to the point we left without being able to get a drink. Far away from city centre but taxis are cheap.
