They have the 24-hour front desk. Receptionists are friendly and professional. Located not so far from Krakow Bronowice rail station. You can reach Bronowice Galery by foot in about 6 to 7 minutes.
There are no facilities nearby, except for Bronowice Galery and Ikea. Not sound insulated. There was a kind of cafe or bar under my window. It was noisy. Cleaning was not that perfect; lots of accumulated dust on the table, close to the TV, right after they had completed the cleaning.

Facilities are good, rooms were clean on daily basis and breakfast was excellent
We booked double bed but were put on two single bed attached with bedsheets covering both and one of the mattress was very bad and we requested another one and it was changed to double mattress so quite happy after the first night, the receptionist on the first night had no smile on her face and not helpful but all other staff were amazing

Clean and tidy, good breakfast, friendly staff. Good value for money.
Location isn't ideal, it was always a bus and a tram to get into the city, or a 15 minute walk to the station. Beds were a bit squishy.
