The hotel is really close to Kraków's main train station, and the area is lively and well-maintained. What I particularly liked, though, is that it's not overly crowded or chaotic. It's nothing like staying in the Old Town, for example, where you're surrounded by tourists everywhere.
The hotel itself is amazing! The modern design looks really cool, and the staff were super friendly and always happy to help. We were even offered a free room upgrade, which was a really nice touch. The room had everything we needed for a few days' stay, and everything felt fresh, modern and well-maintained.
Overall, we had a great stay and would happily come back!
Honestly, I can't think of a single thing I didn't like.

I loved the decor of the rooms and the bright happy atmosphere of the whole hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy. The rooms were very quiet and nicely dark for sleeping. Shower was great.
