I've stayed here before as it's so handy for the central station in Krakow. I had a Queen room and it had a big bed and lovely shower. Despite the location it was very quiet. The breakfast was plentiful with the buffet and a la carte options. Great free tea and coffee in the lobby. I particularly enjoyed the free cocktail class with Lukas in the bar on Thursday evening - brilliant! I also like the environmental policies of the hotel.
The gym was being refurbished and the receptionist said there was just basic equipment so didn't use it in the end. The restaurant was perhaps not as good as when I was here before.

The hotel is very pretty and the wood and warm tones make you feel at home. The beds and beddings are so comfortable, the free hot drinks machines are very welcome. The location is great also, I’d be happy to stay here again on some conditions.
The tablet system is a nice touch but perhaps a bit over the top, even as a tech enthusiast. I was awakened just after 8am because the cleaner was sooooo loud bashing around on the corridor and room next door. It was really unnecessary. The gym refurbishment seems to be taking a while also…

Breakfast was excellent and fairly priced. Room was beautiful, staff were friendly and helpful, and location of the hotel was perfect.

Comfy mattress. Tasty breakfast. Centric location, just opposite central railway station, very convenient. In the lobby there is water and coffee machine available for free for hotel guests.
Room size was very small, actually there was no place to put my cabin-size baggage on - no shelf, no stand/rack.
I even asked at the reception desk if they have a rack available for the suitcase - the staff politely declined.
In the morning there was no hot water so I had to take a cold shower. The receptionist, once asked, acknowledged that yes they had a hot water supply failure but come on, an almost fully booked boutique hotel should have some backup solution available - disappointing. No excuses, no compensation was suggested.
Bathroom was a space separated from the room area by putting glass walls together (that is why in room description it is stated "bathroom inside the room" rather than "room with a bathroom). This is the major reason why such arrangement results in the room space being so small.
Breakfast area was too small for the amount of people being served.
