The location is very good. All public transport is close by, the park and the big sights are within walking distance.
The breakfast is quite monotonous. There are few choices. Since the tram stops in front of the hotel, you can feel the vibration of the chandelier ringing in the room, which is a bit disturbing. The bed is quite uncomfortable/sore.

The location is very good - 5 min from the railway station and the Mall, 10 min from the old city. There is a tram to the Castle in case you prefer not to walk.
There is a tram station just in front the hotel and it is quite noisy day and night..

Location was great, also little interaction with staff was OK fine.
I asked for, room with courtyard room with bath and bottle of wine in the room as it was a special occasion for me and my wife. We were given a room with street view, shower and no wine was present. Message was clearly not read or ignored.
