The hotel staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. We got a room on the ground floor and had our own coffee table with chairs in the garden which was beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for walking - 10 mins from the old town, 10 mins from the jewish quarter and 15 mins from the central train station.

I was more than pleased with the hotel. It was calm, the reception was open when I needed. The room was spacious, with airconditioning working well, and with nice big windows that could be open.
Very comfortable bed (big enough, not too soft!), very strong water flow in the shower (I hate those showers with restricted water flow!). The breakfast was very good.
It's a good location, you are close both to the center and to the Kazimierz.
The parking is not as close as I would like. You have to walk 5min around the whole building. But it was OK, there was enough space, there was no issue getting out.

Nice central location.
Excellent t breakfast
Advertised as having spa facilities however these were not available to guest free of charge which was expected. Worked out approximately €50 for x2 people for 1 hour. We chose this hotel versus others because of the sauna facilities & were very disappointed at the additional expense.
