The location is PERFECT!!! Just by the Centre of Kazimierz, everything is near all the main attractions.
It has a good soundproofing, and you don’t get awake because of the crowd of the street.
We forgot to put the green card to indicate that we wanted the sheets to be changed (they were stained), so they decided to make the beds with the same sheets… Although they are just following instructions, if you see something stained it should be change it…
But everything was fine.

The location was awesome, we could see right down into the square from our window and see what was going on. The place had a great vibe in a cool district of Krakow. You could walk right out your door and just be steps from restaurants and nightlife. There were a lot of young people and locals living their lives in the surrounding area, so it didn't feel like like a tourist trap. Really neat.
The staff was young and charming. Everything went smoothly including storing our bags when we arrived early.
The room had a cool layout with a little nook with a small sitting area. It gave the room some character compared to some we've stayed in.
Everything was clean in the room and there was enough space to walk around and not feel claustrophobic.
It was hot in the room and tough to get it cooled down. Even with the windows open we were sweating through the night. It has the annoying slot in the door for your keycard for the power to work. Just another thing to manage with when you're trying to get out the door.
The breakfast is expensive for the area and the offerings were not commensurate with the price.

The bed even when it was small was comfortable, the bathroom was really nice and clean, everything worked perfectly and was very very clean you could tell. Great solo bedroom.
I booked a shuttle from the airport KRK to the hotel, after arriving 25 mins and no one showed up I had to call the hotel and they arranged with the transportation to get there to pick me up, so make sure you have a European number or great internet going, just in case. The hotel location was very far from everything, would recommend staying closer to the bus station if you're planning on going to the Auschwitz memorial by yourself (took me 35 mins walking, you can take an Uber as well, which I did on my way back). Despite their description on booking.com there was no breakfast in the room you have to come down to the restaurant, there was no room service (which the receptionist laugh when I asked about it and said there was none, I mentioned I saw that on the description and then it was gone), the restaurant was breakfast-only so you have to find food outside, if vegan might be tricky, and I saw a space where a mini bar or fridge was supposed to be and there was none, I actually booked this hotel because of all of these options and there were none, that was my biggest issue and let down that is why at the end paying for breakfast wasn't worth it. Also, the wifi was terrible, you can feel the "budget room" heavy there, most of the time it didn't work and I had to use my own data.
