Location is great, stayed here a few times, clean & modern.
Staff friendly.
First time in the extension part of the hotel in ground floor. Very noisy in the night with staff using the recycle bins outside and deliveries. Didn’t have the best sleep. Next stay in. November I will be sure to ask for a high floor room in the tower

The location of this hotel is super, a few mins walk to the market square, 10 mins walk to the Galeria Mall and a few minutes to the nearest tram.
The rooms are are large if you have a family of 4 sharing a room, although the bathroom is very small and only fits 1 person. The beds were comfortable and I liked rhe pillows. It also came with a kettle and tea/coffee. Water pressure and temperature of shower was great.
No AC, rooms were very hot although the windows did open and there was a portable fan.
The duvet covers were too thick, considering the temperature outside.
The shower cubicle is small and I kept knocking the shower tap off with my arm which was a tad annoying.
Rubbish loo roll.
Expensive for a 3 star hotel though maybe I paid more because it was a last minute booking.
