My wife Anne and I have travelled extensively all over Europe. H15 was by far, the best, most luxurious hotel we have ever stayed in.

Fantastic swimming pool and spa, large bathroom with shower and bath
We had a little patio however no access to chair and table for a morning table outside. Only one luggage chair. As we had 2 large suitcases I would love to have 2.

The hotel is located on one of the main streets in central Krakow and is within easy walking distance of most the central sights. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, including the pillows. There was an excellent choice for breakfast from the buffet and cooked dishes could also be ordered.

An Unforgettable Stay ❤️
I chose H15 Luxury Palace Hotel for a very special trip, as I was planning to propose to my partner during our stay, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better hotel.
From my initial email outreach to the moment we arrived the concierge team were absolutely incredible. They went so far above and beyond to help me organise the engagement, helping with all the little details, making suggestions and making sure everything was just right. They genuinely cared about making the moment special, and their help made what was already going to be an unforgettable experience even more amazing. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did - we’ll genuinely never forget it.
And then, on top of that, the hotel itself was faultless. The rooms were beautiful, spotless and incredibly comfortable, everything was immaculately maintained, and the service throughout our stay was fantastic. Every little detail felt considered, and the whole hotel has such a luxurious but welcoming feel.
It’s very rare to stay somewhere where both the hotel and the people are this exceptional.
A huge thank you to the entire H15 team, and especially Wiktoria, Katarzyna and Diana, for helping make such an important moment in our lives so incredibly special.
10/10 without hesitation. We genuinely couldn’t recommend H15 Luxury Palace highly enough and will absolutely be returning. ❤️
