The best location, loads of restaurant right by the hotel.

This is a grand hotel in a fabulous location - the rooms are very splendid, extremely comfortable and surprisingly quiet given the location. It would normally have been beyond our budget, but by paying up front we had a substantial discount on the normal price. Breakfast was included in the rate, and was good, with eggs cooked nicely to order. Staff were friendly and helpful.
These are small points in relation to the recommendations above, but in an ideal world it would be nice to have a bar area/sitting room for hotel guests. The breakfast room is not as beautifully furnished as the rest of the hotel, service was a little slow (though friendly and polite), and it was slightly disappointing to come all the way from the UK to find Tiptree miniature jars of English jam and marmalade that are common in British hotels, instead of Poland's own delicious cherry jam!

The hotel has a great location and a beautiful style. I really enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only downsides were the lack of a proper laundry service, as the available option was quite expensive for only a few items. The bathroom heater was not working, and there was no iron available in the room.
