A large room (35m2 +), with a comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Good shower (if you're not too big - it's a cassette style). Breakfast is ample and has a wide selection. The location is excellent you are around 300m from the main square and 800m from Wawiel castle.
The location is difficult to locate after dark. The hazards are trams running 1m from the front entrance and the rear carpark is both hard to locate and dark. Probably better to unload bags near the Lajkonik Piekarnia opposite and walk to front entrance. The trams run through the night and the hotel provides earplugs. Light sleepers may need to consider elsewhere.

Great location
Rooms on the street side are very loud

Lovely old building with secure open-air parking behind a gate for my motorcycle. Room was spacious and comfortable, and location could hardly be more central.
The trams outside are a littly noisy, but I actually enjoyed feeling as though I was in the middle of the city. They do provide earplugs next to all the beds, but I didn't need them and still slept well with the windows open.

The location is central and the room was spacious
Wasn't told the church opposite rang it's bell hourly at night so was woken. Ordered a twin and a double but got a twin and a triple and the twin only had a skylight. The hotel bar closes at 8pm. For a 4* the mattresses were pretty poor. There was a disposable razor cover on the bathroom floor which didn't fill me with confidence it had been cleaned.
