Einfach toller Ort und das passende Hotel dazu hatten wir auch.

Die Lage ist Perfekt für jeden der Krakau zu Fuß erkunden möchte. Personal an der Rezeption sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Frühstück: da findet jeder etwas für sich.

A lovely hotel, good location!

The location of the hotel was brilliant. A short walk into the the square (10mins max). Very quiet hotel. Couldn't hear anything from our rooms. Beds were comfy and cleaned daily. Breakfast was good-around £7.50 each when we converted it (70zl for 2 people). The staff couldn't do enough for you! They were very informative upon check-in and gave us maps. Very modern hotel, a great bar and overall, very impressed.

Low key and doesn't exceed my expectations, maybe I'll stay elsewhere next time

Good day, the room is quite cold and water flows from the shower stall onto the floor, this is very poorly thought out.

Lovely hotel and Gluten free breakfast.

Great hotel perfect location less than 10 mins walk from the square and a stone’s throw from the castle. Staff were excellent and friendly. They catered for Gluten Free at breakfast.

Bar prices were expensive compared to bars in town.

Lovely boutique hotel

Lovely modern quirky boutique hotel. Cosy reception and bar area. Nice restaurant in the basement with exceptional breakfast buffet and cooked to order.

Excellent location

Location was perfect, 5 minute walk from the square. The staff are super helpful, they arranged our trips for us too. Staff couldn't do more for you. I recommend this hotel, it's perfect for couples and families.

A lovely stay in a hotel with great reception staff and delicious breakfast

We loved the location, very convenient, walking distance to all major attractions. The reception staff was amazing, so helpful and efficient if you need restaurants or transfers organised. We, also were very happy with breakfast. There is a huge selection of food and they make lovely eggs/omelettes and porridge to order.

Our room had slanted roof/ ceilings and was on a small side for 4 people. We didn’t really mind but it might be inconvenient for tall people.

Exceptionnel

Un hôtel à taille humaine, très bien tenu. Le confort de la chambre avec vue sur le petit parc menant au château du Wawel. Le petit déjeuner, excellent. L’amabilité du personnel.

Une destination de choix.

Cet hôtel que je pensais un peu "sans âme" est une adresse de choix ! Remarquablement situé, l'ensemble de la vieille ville de Cracovie est accessible à pied. De plus le confort de ses chambres est parfait. Enfin l'accueil comme le service sont excellent. Je recommande donc cette excellente adresse !

Geweldig hotel, centraal gelegen ten opzichte van alle hotspots in Krakau!

Heerlijk hotel gelegen in het stadscentrum van Krakau. Perfecte locatie, in slechts 5 minuten wandelen sta je in het midden van het centrum. Gelegen aan fijn en rustig park waar je gezellig doorheen kunt wandelen onderweg naar het centrum. Pal naast het prachtige Wawel Kasteel. Het hotel heeft hele fijne kamers, goede bedden en een uitstekend ontbijt! Ook de bar is enorm gezellig om na een dagje Krakau te ontspannen met een lekker drankje. Kamers zijn goed geluidsdicht, je hebt geen last van andere kamers of geluiden van buiten. Het personeel is ook werkelijk enorm vriendelijk, aardig en behulpzaam. En dat alles voor een zeer schappelijke prijs. Wij zouden hier ZEKER terugkomen als we weer in Krakau zijn! Absolute aanrader.

Really loved the hotel. I would stay there again

The staff were very friendly and attentive Staff were very helpful The location is excellent looking over a beautiful park near the castle. I didn't eat in the hotel but restaurant looked lovely Good WiFi The only added comfort would have been some English speaking channels on the room TV

Great stay in Krakow

Hotel is conveniently located for Krakow old town centre in a quiet side of the central area. Very little traffic passes by especially in the evening so it is in an idea location. Also a short walk to the river and the castle. Inside, the rooms and facilities are very good with a really nice breakfast in a pleasant room. The bar and 2 lounges provide a pleasant place to relax after a long day.

Very nice to come to the Wawel Queen, especially when we do not see this unprofessional staff member

Excellent breakfast buffet ! Nice room. A working Airco. Nice bar.

There was one lady that during breakfast displayed very undesirable behaviour. She decided for her colleagues what to due and did not have customers as priority at all. She was more busy bringing bottles from the kitchen to another area. She insisted that each visitor must first be seated before they can order they fried eggs. But showed no concern in how low a visitor / hotel guest has to wait before she makes time to take the order. Extremely annoying and unprofessional. She has show similar unacceptable behviour during the previous visit to the Wawel Queen, when she refused to bring a glas of wine to the table in the bar. And later she exhibited the same annoying behaviour in the breakfast room: first be seated, and she will decided when it is time to take the order. Very surprizing that the hotel still employs this ill tempered lady....

Superb Location Beautiful Hotel

Small hotel but very stylish and quiet. Staff spoke exceptional English. Lovely breakfast each morning. Fantastic location,walking distance to the old town (15 mins) yet in a very quiet location. Hotel also spotless

Rooms are compact, but the positives outweigh this.

Fantastic hotel in a tremendous location

The building, rooms and facilities were of a very high standard. The staff were friendly and always ensured you were well looked after. This is the third hotel I’ve stayed in when visiting Krakow and is by far the best. I will definitely be returning to the Wavel Queen.

Only improvement would be a coffee machine in room rather than kettle & sachets and bigger towels.

what a wonderful destination and a fabulous hotel to match .

From our pick up service at the airport to the reception staff we could not fault all the help during our stay.

our room was stunning however, a little on the small side .. It wasn’t an issue for us but that’s my only criticism that I could find .
