It is a very pleasant hotel with a fantastic location.
The rooms are comfortable, with high-quality bed linen and towels and a decent amount of space; the breakfast offers a good variety, and the spa area, while small, is very pleasant.
Having dinner on the terrace at sunset is highly recommended—it offers one of the best views in Krakow.
As for the staff, everyone was excellent—with one exception—ranging from Julia at reception to, in particular, Monica at the concierge desk.
The exception was a receptionist named Barstouz; he spoke to me very rudely when I tried to secure a parking space for my rental car—a space I had been told would be available. I cannot understand how someone could speak that way to a customer who was addressing them with complete courtesy and respect.
Apart from this one negative point, the experience was very positive.

A wonderful location with all the amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing I asked for was impossible. I highly recommend it.
