The breakfast buffet was very rich and some different dishes are proposed every day, both salty and sweet. There are many vegetarian choices. Everything is delicious and the variety of food satisfies all tastes.
The key of the room got reset a couple of times, but the staff solved the problem immediately.

Great rooms, loved the public areas, particularly the outdoor patio. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would go back.
Would have likwd a full body mirror in the room but the rooms were excellent.

Comfy beds, very clean and nice breakfast. Staff excellent and helpful.
Building works outside building started at 630am each morning - very load. Useless hairdryer in bathroom. No mirror on desk/table to do make up or hair - Only a mirror over the bed and in the dark walkway into the room. Only six hangers.

The beds, breakfast and staff
There were no tv channels in English to watch movies only news and cartoons. German and Spanish speaking channels.
There were no slippers in the room we had to request them. The bedsheets weren't changed during our whole stay despite asking for them to be changed. The floor wasn't vacuumed even on our arrival we noticed the carpet was dirty. There was only a tiny table of 30cm in the whole room no place to put your phone and charge it. No mini bar in the room. No lights over the kitchenette. No dresser at all. The toilet was also not cleaned daily. There was no concierge service which a 4 star hotel would have. There was no food available to order at the restaurant when we arrived before check in at 11.00 am. During our whole stay we didn't even see the restaurant functioning other than breakfast.
We asked several times about TV channels and got only the number of channels with cartoons and news in English. We had to ask for slippers because they were not available in the room.
When we contacted booking.com and were told the hotel would reach out to us, they never did. And they are still holding their "test payment" even though I paid the full amount. We are told we will get it back in a few days despite them mentioning earlier they could release the payment during our stay.
