The hotel is perfectly located, very close to the Main Square, yet in a quiet, off the main artery place. Staff were excellent - friendly and helpful.
I liked the big bathroom with a large, comfortable shower cubicle.
It was nice that the room had a mini fridge and a safe. Good price.
The room I had was on a ground floor, with the window facing the inner yard (roof, to be precise), hence it felt small and a bit claustrophobic, but I guess the shape of the building dictates that.
The air-con wasn't working despite the panel allowing you to select the temperature, so it got hot overnight.
Someone unplugged the kettle from the mains and it was tricky to plug it back in, due to the narrow space between the safe and the cupboard wall.

Lovely hotel in a very good location for central Krakow. The staff were really nice, friendly and helpful; we had the larger rooms and they were big, very comfortable and with amazing bathrooms. The hotel doesn't serve breakfast but there's a lovely Caffe Nero on the corner two minutes' walk away which serves excellent coffee, cakes, pastries etc in a pretty garden. I'd certainly stay there again if I'm ever in Krakow.

Ther location and room facilities are fine
The room was extremely hot, and despite two requests, the hotel, after originally stating that they would investigate turning on the air conditioning did not do so, claiming that it was still still within the heating period. A fan was requested - reception staff agreed to seek one, but never actually delivered.
