I liked this place and would go back. The location is great on a square, on the outskirts of the old section of town. The staff was outstanding, a young woman luggged my luggage all the way up six flights of stairs when she didn’t really have to. I found them friendly and helpful. I had an attic essentially bachelor apartment which was quite cool, nicely done up on the inside, and had everything I needed. There was a place in the courtyard to lock the bicycle.
If you order breakfast, it comes from the café down at street level. The food was good, but it gets prepared a while before it gets to you, they deliver it to your room. I think I would rather have just gone to the café and ordered it there. My apartment was on the fifth floor, which in Canada would’ve been the sixth floor, and there was no elevator. For most people that’s fine, but if you have a mobility impairment, you might check when you book your room on what level it is. Most of the apartments are much closer to the road. The Booking.com site says there is parking, but there really isn’t. There is no parking on the street, and they do not have parking on site. I parked about a 10 minute walk away at a commercial parking, which was reasonably priced and the stuff they were easy to deal with. And straightforward. Karmelika.

Room and location was perfect and staff were friendly enough.
We were on the 5th floor which was the top of the apartments. Only issue was that there was no elevator. Every floor had 2 sets of stairs to reach the next floor which meant we had to climb 10 sets of stairs which was very difficult. If you have mobility issues at all I would advise that you check which floor you will be staying on.

Fabulous location. Walking distance to everything. Easy bolt pick up. Good room service.
Tiny room , chair was in the shower or bathroom doorway so that you could move. Couldn’t open suitcase to lie flat. Safe was broken.
