The location was excellent, only 700 metres to the top of the Old Town. The apartment had everything you could need and very comfortable beds. We ate at Pizzeria Rucola which is just a short walk away. There are also two Frog supermarkets close by. If we ever get back to Krakow we will book again. Krakow is a very beautiful city with amazing Architecture and green spaces and we felt safe.
A shower curtain would be nice as the blind didn't go down all the way so we had to sit in the bath to have a shower. There was also some building work going on at the adjoining building which was quite noisy at 7.45am but when they finished up for the day the noise levels were low.

Unit was clean, well maintained and location was great
No air conditioning but luckily there were 2 fans but a third fan would be great for the 3rd bed in the dinning room.
Staff were very irresponsible, they did not send me the unit entrance codes in advance, we called the office but no one answered, so we went to their office which took 30 minutes but no one was at the front desk, after 30 minutes of waiting, I went looking for staff in the basement and found the 2 front clerks hiding and hanging out instead of working. Then one clerk had the nerve to give me attitude, very disrespectful

No luggage storage for flights late in the day.
Nobody on the premises with general advice or help.

The apartment was adequate. Only one drinking glass supplied.
The bathroom was good, and the location was quite good.
The apartment was on the 3rd floor (up 6 flights of stairs) NO LIFT. So definitely not recommended for anyone with a physical difficulty.
The balcony was absolutely filthy with piles of old bird droppings and hadn't been cleaned for a long time. No chairs, etc., on the balcony. The balcony door was broken (hinge broken), so difficult to open for fresh air.
