We had an excellent stay at Ermine Suites and would happily stay here again.
The apartment was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. Everything felt new and very well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the apartment had everything we needed for a perfect stay.
What really stood out was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive from the moment we booked until checkout. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome.
The location is simply perfect. It's right in the heart of Kraków's Old Town, just a couple of minutes' walk from the Main Market Square, yet situated on the beautiful Szczepański Square. This charming square has a fantastic atmosphere, surrounded by some of Kraków's best restaurants, cafés, and bars. It felt lively and authentic without being overcrowded.
If you're looking for a comfortable place with outstanding service and one of the best locations in Kraków, Ermine Suites is an easy recommendation.
