The location of the hotel on the quiet street was amazing The staff was the best we had I. Krakow. They were attentive, helpful and all first rate

The historic building and the novelty of such a cool swimming pool in the Spa area. The staff were helpful and professional. The lady on the front desk was really nice, smiley, friendly and helpful.
The decor is as expected - historic, dark wood and from its time. My room only had a bath with a shower in the bath, but no shower screen. The Spa sauna wasn't hot enough. The pool was okay but a bit tepid to relax and float in. The ambience in the restaurant and bar lounge is not cosy and the interior has a cold feel to it. No external windows in my room nor my dads room. Overpriced for what it is, but I knew that and paid for one night to have the experience of staying in the historic hotel. An overpriced novelty for me in my opinion. Other hotels provide better value. But still nice to be able to say we stayed in 'Hotel Copernicus'. 😬
