Luxury boutique stay.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff, super location , breakfast was lovely and breakfast staff amazing. Rooms beautifully clean and receptionists all super helpful. This hotel is a little diamond .

We just felt the hotel needed a comfy sofa area to sit and chat with friends after a day out touring around the city. Somewhere where we could enjoy a drink together and chill out. Also the air conditioning units outside our bedroom window were noisy through the night. The view from our room was meant to be over the courtyard but I think we got the back of the kitchen store.

Fabulous stay

The decor, the delightful staff, the location, a really fabulous boutique hotel with a fabulous restaurant.

Only 3 criticisms: 1. The towels were tiny (I am a slight 5’3’’ woman, and they were tiny on me!) 2. There was only one pillow on the bed, another would have been perfect 3. The air on couldn’t be set below 19 degrees which was too hot at night

L’emplacement, la décoration de l’établissement, le confort des chambres.

Le petit déjeuner servi à l’assiette. Au bout de plusieurs jours cela devient routinier. Par contre le personnel de la restauration est très professionnel

Amazing Hotel in fantastic location. Don't Miss Out!

The hotel was exceptional, everything from location, the decor, the room and the team. The resteraunts they suggest were outstanding and for the quality of the food very reasonably priced. Pub food prices for top quality.

If I am being picky the shower head could have been better.

Plush, lush, design, and next to a castle and cathedral - The Balthazar xoxo

The Balthazar is a fairy tale hotel in a stunning city. If you are going to Krakow to experience the cultural sites, the surrounding high-interest locations, the amazing Polish cuisine, and the extraordinary historical story of Krakow, then staying at the Balthazar will enrich every experience you have. The staff are highly trained, knowledgeable, responsive, kind and utterly service oriented. The decor of the hotel is exceptional, with lush, plush and clever artistic intent. The ammenities, such as a the restaurant, add a special layer to an already special place. Of course, next to the hotel is the castle, the cathedral, the dragon’s den and so forth, so it’s just a bit extra special to take the few steps between a gorgeous room of your own, to wander around phenomenal locations.

Superb location and staff, beautiful hotel

Great place to stay, staff was superb. Looked like there was a nice restaurant, but we didn't get a chance to try it. Staff got us a car very early for the airport, was waiting right outside--very helpful and convenient. Was also good about letting us know about other places to eat around town.

A luxe, boutique stay.

Incredible staff- especially the housekeeping team plus Nikola and Toby on the front desk. Beautiful decor throughout and a spacious suite- thanks for the amazing upgrade! Great location and delicious food. We dined in the restaurant one night which was very good, plus breakfasts were incredible too. Would definitely book again for another luxe stay- we loved it.

Nothing huge. We do like to have a drink or two at the bar at our hotel each evening and there isn’t one- not a huge issue but something we didn’t realise. Pillows- would prefer more pillows on the bed or spares in the wardrobe to use. An easy, small fix.

Fabulous, exceeded expectations. Lovely team on reception.

A beautiful hotel, lovely helpful team, who accommodated our request for an early breakfast one morning due to a trip we had planned. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend. Also in a great location and easy to walk to many different areas.

It would be nice if it had a bar for an evening drink, however there are so many locally it wasn't really a drawback.

Boutique hotel, beautiful rooms, comfortble bed and excellent restaurant on premises.

Beautiful hotel, close to Wawel Castle. Comfortable and very clean room, well equipped bathroom and wonderful breakfast. Restaurant in hotel, Fiorentina, is amazing, a must for anyone wanting to experience fine dining. This was my second stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. I will be back.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Balthazar boutique hotel during my recent visit to Krakow and I must say, it was a delightful experience. One of the biggest challenges with hotels in the city center is parking, but the hotel's concierge went above and beyond to help me out. They provided me with a Google maps link to a nearby parking garage and even arranged for a taxi to pick me up and carry my suitcase. What's more, they covered the cost of the taxi, which was a nice surprise. Once I arrived at the hotel, I was impressed by the stylish decor of the lobby. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was a breeze. I was pleased to find that my room was just as comfortable and practical as I had hoped. The heated floor in the WC was a particularly nice touch, especially on chilly mornings. Overall, I highly recommend The Balthazar boutique hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Krakow. The staff's attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay truly memorable.

I loved the Location an the Design of the Hotel. The Staff was very friendly and helped when needed. The Room Service printed sweet little Stories about Kraków everyday.

Unfortunately, there was no Netflix, like described. Also it very loud upstairs. There was some kind of building site, also every evening it sounded like someone would move the interior upstairs. Also the noises from the street where pretty loud, like garbage disposal every morning which woke us up, or bars and cafes late at night. Also the parking area is to far away, in my opinion.

Beautiful big room, great shower. Hotel in an excellent area to check out the city, near the castle. Hotel staff very helpful for local recommendations.

A separate bar area to have a drink, the restaurant is lovely but mostly set up for lunch/dinner.

wonderful trip in a beautiful 5 star boutique hotel .

we loved the hotel the decor the staff were so friendly and the location was amazing.

it doesn’t have a bar ! But they kindly served us a drink in the restaurant and the staff the second night even remembered what we drank very impressive.
