Breakfast was superb! They’ve done really well with that and the staff make it special too. Congrats to the chefs and the entire team. We were given lunch boxes one morning when we had to leave at 6am for a tour and would have missed breakfast which we had paid for. The boxes were so well thought through and so nicely stocked! 5 star service from the breakfast team! Everything else was really good too; housekeeping, communication, booking the tour, extended check out, the room, the location - all really great and we are grateful for such dedication to the small things. The flowers they purchased on my behalf for my wife as it was our anniversary were also just so beautiful. Thank you to everyone, honestly.
Room service should not and should never have a 25PLN charge. Firstly, it’s not in keeping with the place and the attention to detail, secondly, it forces you to go to Ubereats or similar which defeats the purpose. As the menu is not that competitive, even just for that street with all the options available, a room service charge is counterproductive and just ought to be scrapped.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, which was my main priority. The room and en-suite bathroom were spacious, immaculate, and tastefully decorated. The hotel itself was ideally located (a short walk) for both the Old Town and the Kazimierz district, sitting right between them. There were plenty of Spar-type local shops nearby to buy bottles of water, etc. There was a tram stop directly outside the front of the hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again if returning to Krakow. Every staff member we encountered was extremely courteous, helpful, and accommodating, and their command of English was excellent (which we greatly appreciated, as our Polish is non-existent!).
For us, other places we have stayed have had more of a range of breakfast options. The food options at breakfast and in the cafe bar were very focused on local specialities (perfectly understandable - just not to our particular taste). However, we always found something we could eat before heading out for the day (usually scrambled eggs)!

Design obiektu i jakość wykończenia jest na wysokim poziomie. Elegancja pomieszczeń, ilość faktur, ciekawych wnętrz sprawiają, że można tam poczuć się wyjątkowo. Restauracja hotelowa serwuje świetne jedzenie, bardzo polecam ją odwiedzić nawet jeżeli ktoś nie jest gościem hotelu. Lokalizacja idealna szczególnie, że centrum kongresowe, wawel czy cały Kazimierz są oddalone jedynie o 10-15 min spokojnym spacerem.
Dostałem pokój od strony podwórza w starej części budynku. Zapowiadało to ciche noce ponieważ część pokoi ma okna od strony bardzo ruchliwej ulicy z tramwajami.
Niestety! Każda noc była nieprzespana. Wycieczenie pokoju nie było słabe. Ono było żadne.
Wezgłowie łóżka położne było ok 0,5 metra od drzwi wejściowych oparte o tą samą ścianę co drzwi oddzielone szafką nocną, nad którą wisiał kinkiet.
Każdorazowe zamkniecie drzwi, w którymkolwiek z pokoi w moim odcinku korytarza hotelowego skutkowało nie dość, że hałasem na tyle silnym, że odczucie było zbliżone jakby ktoś trzaskał drzwiami do mojego pokoju to na domiar złego wprawiało to w wibracje całą ścianę wraz z łóżkiem oraz kinkietem. Kinkiet się trząsł i jego wewnętrzna część obijała się o zewnętrzny klosz.
Wezgłowie wraz z konsultacją łóżka wpadało w wibracje z każdym zamknięciem drzwi do innych pokoi.
Podsumowując pobudki nad ranem oraz wybudzanie w środku nocy przez zamykane drzwi do innych pokoi.
Również inne odgłosy z korytarza były świetnie słyszalne w pokoju.
A i zapomniałem dodać, że dwukrotnie miałem problem z ciepłą wodą o czym informowałem recepcję.
