Great location, great room, comfortable bed.
The restaurant serves a huge variety at breakfast and also does a lovely evening meal.
The staff are very helpful, even providing us with packed breakfasts as we needed to leave for our tour before the restaurant opened.

Great location. Good room size and room servicing. Breakfast was pretty good.
The ensuite bathroom was tiny and you couldn't turn around in the tiny shower. Poor room design. Take some of the room and make the bathroom/shower bigger. Very unfriendly staff particularly the restaurant manager who should be fired. Don't get a lunch pack from the hotel - the sandwiches were inedible crusty and dry. The lift stops at every second floor so if you're on a mezzanine floor you have to walk up or down.
