The location is very convenient. The room is comfortable and spotless.
The property present itself as a hotel which is not true - it does not have the 24 hrs reception and does not have a lobby to wait. The so-called reception works only from 7 am through 11 pm. Even though we advised about our earlier arrival we had to wait three hrs before somebody shows up and we got very cold.

Fabulous location, modern, comfortable and clean. Walking distance to Kraków’s main square and all the major sites in the city.

The room and the building were very modern, super clean inside and out. Very quiet environment, with everything a traveler may need after a days sightseeing. The staff was extra nice and helpful. The restaurant next door was also excellent. Location was excellent as well. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
