Excellent hotel! About a 20-minute walk to the Rynek Główny. A bus stop is about a 2-minute walk from the hotel with lines all over the city, including a line to the airport. The light rail line is currently inactive because of the renovation of the entire street.
A large, spacious and clean room. View of the river and the castle. Rich and varied breakfast.
Clean and well-equipped play area. The hotel staff was very kind. It is highly recommended!
The swimming pool was fine, although the water could be a bit warmer, not suitable for children.
The drinking glasses we used were not washed or replaced with new ones.

Excellent parking for my Motorbike.
Easy access to the town centre
Friendly staff
Spa area overrun by lots of screaming kids. I left within 2 mins. I recommend they implement a “adults only” time slot.

Good location in walking distance from city Center, room was a bit crowded but clean and had everything you need .
Parking is not free but valid for 24 hours ( including in and out)
