Everything is perfect. The hotel is close to Congress Hall of Krakow, but also in a walking distance from the main sites and the city center. So, even if not positioned directly within the Old Town, it remains perfect also for touristic activities. The breakfast is very well organized, variety of food is amazing, everything is fresh and tatsy. The entire hotel is clean, service is impeccable and the room is very comfortable. If we are back to Krakow, it will be our first choice.
P.S. Going to the airport taking Uber is very cheap in Krakow, but with this hotel, you don't even need that. There is a direct bus line straight to the airport next to the hotel and it takes you there for 1.5 euro with the same speed and comfort as a taxi.

The hotel was good; however employees were rude and not professional
Recrepcionist did not pick up phone when ı called it several times from 9 pm to 10 pm on 26 th of november 2025.. ı went him and asked him the reason : he was so arrogant and rude
