Suite was clean, spacious, location was perfect and Wifi reception was excellent. We were able to walk to all attractions. Parking was close to the room in the backyard and very safe. Staff was nice and helpful.

Outstanding apartment. Clean, comfortable and great value for money. Really happy with the space and facilities. The staff were also lovely and accommodating. Nice views of the river and about a 20 minute walk to the main square.
Bit noisy from a local bar or something but not too bad.

Lovely property , modern and well equipped.
Provided essentials such as tea/coffee/ washing up liquid and shower gel.
Staff were friendly.
For us the accommodation was a little out of the way for Krakow centre however taxis are cheap.
