Our stay met our expectations. It was a great stay. We stayed there about 3 years ago and loved it. When we decided to revisit Krakow it was our first choice. Everything about the hotel was wonderful. We are long time Hilton Diamond, but would not think about staying anywhere but here during our stay. Breakfast exceptional, staff exceptional, facilities exceptional. Bar exceptional. Everyone of the staff from the front desk, restaurant and bar staff exceptional. One night the bar was closed for a special event. We wanted a cocktail after exploring Old Town. One of the servers of the event allowed us to get our cocktail. The front desk arranged for us to get transportation to the airport since we had an early AM flight. The driver came at 3 AM and got us there on time. A nice feature was if you did not need your room cleaned you puta bag on your door in the morning. When you return there is a nice treat in the bag. What a nice touch! We highly recommend this hotel. It is very convenient to Old Town, great restaurants and a large mall across the square.

Location near train station and old town. Tram stop right out the front door. Easy carparking right underneath the hotel.

good food at the restaurant
reception staff not friendly at all & unable to provide proper information, rooms small with stains on carpet & coffee in the room’s mini bar was not replaced at least on two different days during our stay , elevator was not working during our stay
