It is a good hotel, great bed and my stay during the conference was comfortable
Couple of things, they have rooms with a bath instead of a shower. This is fine, as long as people can choose between them or at least have the option to secure the shower head to the wall at a good hight. This wasn’t the case so showering is not an option and you have to take a bath or manually hold the shower head above your head… They give me another room, but I think no guests want to have a bath without a proper shower head.
Furthermore, in the room with walk-in shower there were multiple hairs from a previous guest - someone with long hair - sticking to the wall. I left them there, just to see if housekeeping dis miss them once, but after 4 days they were still there, so housekeeping should absolutely pay more attention!
But if you would have been given a room with clean walk-in shower in the first place, there would have been nothing to complain about.

Food was great, the room clean and big very nice location
Wish the main big pool was available more for just normal swimming not just lane swimming and a little bit more seating area around the pool, also the shower in the bathroom in the room could do with an actual shower head holder on the wall not just next to the tap

Breakfast was really excellent, bedding and overall experience in the hotel was good
I didnt like the fact that Google maps couldnt find an exact route, I was circling with my car to the underground garages, but there was no sign that I can place my car there as a hotel guest. Then I got to the hotel specially for the swimming pool with my 3 kids, but most of the pool was reserved and they didnt mention the fact at the time of the booking, nor even after, except saunas that were out of order due to building works.
Then the signs on upper floors didnt show with arrows where to go and we got lost in one part and to walk back in our swimsuit and our flipflops to get to the pool.
