This hotel is one of the best places I have stayed in Istanbul. It has the warm atmosphere of a family-run hotel, with great attention to detail and genuinely caring service.
The breakfast was excellent, especially for health-conscious business travelers. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to taxis for both the airport and the exhibition center.
The only negative experience I had was not directly related to the hotel itself. I would recommend not asking the hotel to arrange a taxi. There are usually plenty of taxis available right in front of the hotel. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of requesting one through the hotel and ended up waiting while many empty taxis passed by. When the arranged taxi finally arrived, the meter was already running and showed almost the amount I would normally expect to pay for the entire trip.
Apart from that, everything was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul.

I didn't really use any of the facilities or the dining. But the staff were great and the hotel ws very nice.
