The place is in a small alley, so it may be a bit difficult to find. There is a noodle place (MỲ NGÕ) on the corner before turning into the alley where Bi Eco Suites is. It is quiet and the room was clean with amenities that you need (pitcher of water, glasses, soap, shampoo, towels, etc.) Overall, I would give it 4.5 out of 5 (clean, quiet room, location, value, etc.) A few things to note, though.
You need to coordinate check-in with the staff, as there is no one manning the desk and especially if you check in after 17:00 (the staff is only around until 17:00). They will let you leave the luggage there if your room is not yet available.
Check-out is a bit chaotic for me in that I let them know what time I would be checking out and sent a message that I was coming down (as requested). There was no one at the desk. I left the room key and gate remote control at the desk. I still received checkout instructions 24 hours after I had already checked out. If you only have data (as many tourists do), but no call feature, it could be challenging for you to contact the staff (via calling).

This place is in an excellent location, and the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to any request. The place was very clean and well maintained. The entrance is in a residential alley and is very quiet at night.
The room had plenty of amenities and spacious. I would absolutely stay here again.

Clean spacious room that was so quiet. Walking distance to the old quarter but far enough away to get away from the chaos. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
